If you can orientate to mountain summits, rocks or rivers, you have it relatively easy and simple. But if the orienteering running takes place in a lowland, the sportsman stands in need of compass, radio signals or map. In Bócsa the situation is like as described above: besides sand dunes, you can find only forests, meadows, vineyards and reed. Put it another way: you must not only be able to run but also to understand signs. The countryside is however wonderful.
